The Buyer's Program is designed for those who want to buy a home but are unsure how to overcome some obstacles to achieve the goal- and just need some guidance and path forward. We are excited to announce that The Petry Team has joined with Concierge Mortgage Finance, LLC! Once enrolled into the Buyer's Program - we can use our 31+ years in Real Estate experience and state of the art system tools and lending guidelines to help our clients better prepare themselves for the home buying process. Concierge Mortgage Finance, LLC (CMF Home Loans) specializes in lower score loans, VA loans, First Time Home Buyer loans, Down Payment Assistance Loans, Closing Cost assistance, FHA loans and more. The Rent-To-Own program is designed for those who want to buy within the next year or two but need to move now. Instead of renting for 12-24 months and move again into a home that you own, you can choose from our rent-to-own homes and work toward owning it with our team and preferred lenders via credit realignment and special loan programs. This is also a good option if you know your current situation is going to change for the better - such as a pay raise or bonus that is anticipated. You can rent until your situation changes and than go to settlement on your new home.
We have recently made some improvements in this area as well. We have partnered with another company that will buy a home and rent it to you for up to 5 years. During the 5 year period, you have the option to purchase it - but are not obligated to.
The Rent-To-Own Program does require the same screening process as the Buyer's Program- to insure the success of the transaction.
